notwithstanding the licence granted in accordance with Clause 2, caracingnews, KPMS, or KPMS’s clients, suppliers, subcontractors and agents (as applicable) shall retain all ownership, title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in the caracingnews.com material (including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trademarks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registrable or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations whether registrable or not in any jurisdiction in the world ('Intellectual Property Rights').

2. Licence to use material on Website
caracingnews grants the user a non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use for editorial purposes only all the material on caracingnews.com (including but not limited to: documentation, text, pictures, sounds, graphics, articles, and, video or audio clips).

caracingnews reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on caracingnews.com.
